SOMERVILLE, TX — According to the Somerville Police Chief, officers executed a search warrant on Jan 15., at 413 Third Street at 4:30 A.M. that day.
Confiscating several items, the chief declined to comment on what was seized, citing the ongoing investigation.
One man was arrested, charged with five count felony delivery of a controlled substance/cannabis to a minor, one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of injury to a child, criminal neglect.
The location, the home of Somerville Mayor, Michael Bradford; the 18-year old arrested, his son.
Ethan Bradford, was charged, and remains in Burleson County custody with $195,000 in bonds; these bonds, were set by Burleson County Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace, Robert Urbanosky, according to the sheriff’s office.
The chief stated no further details on the charges are being released at the time, pending the ongoing investigation taking place. No other arrests were made, however, are still possible in this case.
According to County records, Bradford was arrested on seven, separate, arrest warrants, all in connection with prior incidents.
