GRIMES COUNTY, TX — UPDATE: The Grimes County Sheriff's office says Brown has been found.
"The runaway juvenile, Jacob Brown, has been reunited with his legal guardian as of today. I would like to express my gratitude to those who shared this information and reached out to me to report possible sightings. I would also like to thank the Harris County Sheriff's Office for their assistance. Deputy Paul Day went above and beyond to assist me with this matter over the past few days and for that, I'm grateful," said Lieutenant James Ellis.

The Grimes County Sheriff's Office was looking for a missing 16-year-old runaway.
The sheriff's office said that Jacob Brown voluntarily left his residence on Thursday, Feb.13.
His mother had phone contact with him until recently. He advised her that he was coming home but hasn’t shown up yet. Jacob is believed to have potentially traveled to the Spring area.
