WACO, TX — A stalled 18-wheeler is jackknifed in the I-35 intersection at 4th/5th Streets in Waco, blocking all lanes of traffic.
They are are waiting on a tow truck to pull the truck off. There is no estimate on when the scene will be cleared at this time.
Drivers should avoid the area if at all possible.
