Falls County deputies arrested Cierra Carothers in the town of Rosebud Friday night.
Deputies say they conducted a roadside investigation and determined Carothers was intoxicated, she also had her less than one year old child in the vehicle with her.
Carothers was arrested and charged with DWI with a passenger less than 15, a state jail felony.
