NAVARRO COUNTY, TX — The Navarro County Office of Emergency Management said that they rescued someone Thursday morning after his vehicle was swept off the roadway.
They said that the Navarro County Sheriff's Office, DPS, Corsicana Fire Rescue and the office of emergency management responded to a water rescue on FM 3194.
They said that the man drove through high water and was swept off the roadway.
He was able to get on top of his vehicle and call for help.
They were able to rescue the man and brng him back to safety.
They would like to remind drivers to not attempt to drive vehicles into flooded roadways.
