No injuries reported after one-vehicle crash in Teague

TEAGUE, TX — The Teague Volunteer Fire Department responded to a one-vehicle crash on Thursday.

Officials said the vehicle had left the roadway, struck the guardrail and became wedged in it at US 84 and RR Underpass.

There were no injuries.

The Teague Volunteer Fire Department, Teague police and DPS were on the scene.

During the call, Fairfield fire and Dew fire responded to a report of a lightning strike with smoke in a home on E. Main Street.

The building was not damaged, but an electrical transformer was destroyed.
