Fire officials at the scene of Feather Crest Farms say the fire is contained to two buildings as of 8:22 p.m. Monday (Jan. 29). At that time, 100 firefighters were still on scene. Fire containment is expected to last multiple days.
There have been no injuries or deaths reported. Workers were confirmed to be on site at the start of the fire.
The cause of the fire hasn't been determined, as the scene is still active.
Officials urge the public to steer clear of the area. Traffic buildup along State Highway 21 earlier in the day slowed firefighters' response to the incident.
