WACO, TX — A memorial service for the son of the last surviving member of the Doolittle Raiders was held on Friday.
Many came out to pay their respects to Sambo Cole.
Sambo died just two days after his father, Richard Cole, the last surviving member of the Doolittle Raiders, who rallied the nation's spirit during World War II.
On Friday, family and friends from all over gathered together to say goodbye to Sambo one last time.
