WACO, Texas (KXXV) — The head coach of Waco High School's football team has announced his resignation.
Coach Linden Heldt, who took over the program in January 2021, concluded his tenure with a career record of 5-36 over four seasons. In the recently completed 2024 season, the Lions finished with a 2-8 record.
