UPDATE: MAY 22, THURSDAY
Waco Police arrested 18-year-old Jarvis Howard Jr. and charged him with murder in the homicide investigation of 30-year-old Jeromy Munoz.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.

UPDATE: MAY 15, FRIDAY
The Waco Police Department has identified 30-year-old Jeromy Munoz as the victim; no arrests have been made, and anyone with information is urged to contact authorities.

Waco Police got the first call at 7:17 p.m. and found one victim dead at the scene, who is a 30-year-old man, in the parking lot of Church's Chicken on East Waco Drive.

A second 24-year-old man was taken to the hospital and is stable.

No arrests have been made, and police are not aware of any motives.

This is the fifth homicide investigation in Waco this year.
