TEMPLE, Texas (KXXV) — UPDATE: The road reopened to traffic just after 7:00 a.m. Friday.
A traffic crash will keep a portion of SW HK Dodgen Loop in Temple closed Friday morning.
The Temple Police Department says the 1700 block of the road will be blocked off to westbound traffic for several hours.
Drivers are being diverted to the service road, but are encouraged to avoid the area to prevent delays.
