HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas (KXXV) — The City of Harker Heights shared an update with residents on Friday in the 2025 State of the City address.
Mayor Michael Blomquist detailed proposals for projects anticipated this year in the budget.
They include:
- Warriors Path, Phase 2
- Chaparral Road upgrade
- UV Disinfection System replacement
- Splash Pad at Kern Park
- Emergency generators
