GOLDTHWAITE, TX — Goldthwaite Elementary School will switch to asynchronous learning following several COVID-19 cases.
School officials were notified that several elementary students have tested positive for COVID-19. Due to close contact guidelines, several classes would be required to quarantine.
The campus will switch to asynchronous learning beginning Friday, February 5. It will run through February 16.
Officials say asynchronous packets are being prepared and pickup will be coordinated.
The campus will be cleaned and sanitized while students are away.
