GATESVILLE, TX — In Gatesville, big crowds turned out for a display of some of the coolest hot rods around at the "Cruzin Cruzers Leon River car show."
The 33rd annual show held by the Cruzin Cruzer club, formerly known as Coryell County Pickups unlimited, featured 219 entries -- along with 40 local vendors.
And the winner of best in show for 2019? David Crandwell with a 1931 green Chrysler Coupe.
Cruzin Crusers is a nonprofit organization that donates to several central Texas charities, and even takes care of injured or ill community members.
