31 year old killed in crash involving intoxicated driver

COLLEGE STATION, TX — A 31-year-old Bryan resident was killed in a crash involving an intoxicated driver.

According to the College Station Police Department, around 2:30 a.m. on August 22, officers responded to the 200 block of Harvey Mitchell Parkway for a reported major crash.

When officers arrived, they discovered two vehicles were involved in the crash in the northbound lanes.

31-year-old Harold Moore of Bryan suffered "incapacitating" injuries in the crash.

22-year-old Nicholas Wutrich of Houston was arrested and charged with intoxication assault.

On August 23 at 3 p.m., Moore was pronounced dead by a Justice of the Peace. The family has been notified.
