Unexpected low voter turnout in Falls and Bell Counties has some wondering why numbers are so low.
As of 1:30 pm, signs in Falls County had not reported more than 200 votes at one location, according to 25 News reporter Jack Allen.

Many are starting to wonder if this is a sign that voters have already made up their minds during early voting instead of waiting for Election Day.
25 News reporter Paige Ellenberger is also noting how quiet things seem to be in Bell County.
While in Downtown Temple it almost doesn't feel like Election Day as voters slowly trickle into voting locations.
