WACO, TX — For the November 7 edition of Central Texas Living, Andrea Morgan spoke with Robert Gager, executive director for The Shepherd's Heart and Howard Jackson, operation manager for The Shepherd's Heart.

The Shepherd's Heart has kicked of its 8th Annual Christmas Toy Drive. Each year, the pantry works to provide Christmas to homeless children, serving 1,000 to 1,500 children who are officially homeless in Central Texas schools.

The Shepherd's Heart is still looking for drop off locations. Companies interested in being a collection point can call 254-722-9517 or 254-230-7393.

The Shepherd's Heart is asking for toys all shapes and sizes for boys and girls grades k through 12. They ask that all donations are not wrapped.
