WACO, TX — For the October 3 edition of Central Texas Living Ann Harder spoke with Charva Ingram, vice president of marketing and sponsorship development for Extraco Events Center and Todd Bertka, Waco Convention Center and Visitors Bureau director.
October 3 at 6 p.m., the gates open for the 2019 Heart O' Texas Fair and Rodeo. This year, the Waco Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Heart O' Texas Fair have partnered up for a new game called a "SCANVenger Hunt." Designed to challenge the Waco knowledge of both local citizens and visitors alike, the SCANVenger hunt is an old game using modern technology. Those who answer the 31 questions correctly will be entered in a drawing for free "Waco Adventure Passes."
