BELL COUNTY — For the September 30 edition of Central Texas Living Ann Harder spoke with Cheyenne Robb and Carlos Davis Sr. with the Deputy Adam Davis Memorial Fund.
Dec. 11, 2013, Deputy Sheriff Adam Davis was killed in a crash on FM 1237, near Asa Road, while responding to a call near Troy. Now, his family has started a memorial fund in his name. Coming up on Saturday, October 5, is the Deputy Adam Davis Memorial Fund Annual Kickball Tournament. This event will be held at the Holland Baseball Complex from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All proceeds from this event benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, police memorials and local college scholarships.
