WACO, TX — For the September 24th edition of Central Texas Living, we learn about the unique Poppa Rollo's Pizza history from their owner, Roland Duty.
In 1969, Duty purchased two Pepe’s Pizza restaurants while still attending Baylor University part time. Located near Baylor University and the Golden Triangle, Roland changed the name to Poppa Rollo’s Pizza on August 1st of that same year.
