EL PASO, TX — Khalid's benefit concert raised $500,000 for the community of El Paso on Saturday.
The concert was called A Night for Suncity. Khalid held the event in support of his hometown of El Paso and in response to the tragic mass shooting on August 3, 2019.
Funds raised went to support the El Paso Community Foundation’s Shooting Victims’ Fund.
Matthew McConaughey, Beto O'Rourke, SZA, Lil Yachty, and Rae Sremmurd attended the benefit.

The concert included a special performance by Khalid and friends. It was held at the Don Haskins Center.
