MEXIA, TX — Mexia police are investigating after they found a body in a home on Tuesday.
According to police, at approximately 12:20 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 1000 block of N. Ross in reference to a welfare concern.
When officers arrived, they found a person dead.
Mexia police is coordinating its investigation with the Texas Rangers.
