H-E-B partners with Favor to offer grocery delivery program for seniors

H-E-B and Favor have partnered together to launch a grocery delivery program for seniors.

Starting Friday, March 20, seniors across Texas, aged 60 and older, will be able to place orders with Favor using a curated list of grocery essentials available from H-E-B.

The curated list includes generic products such as milk, eggs and bread, as well as custom items. There is currently a 25-item limit per order. Substitutions may be offered based on product availability.

Once an order is placed, a Favor Runner will personally shop for the items at H-E-B and deliver them within a few hours. All deliveries will be dropped off at the customer's doorstep.

Seniors can order through the Favor app, website, or call the Senior Support phone line at 1-833-397-0080 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. seven days a week.

The program is currently available to seniors who live within eight miles of an H-E-B in the following metro areas:
