AUSTIN, TX — Governor Greg Abbott has received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
The governor received the vaccination Tuesday at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin.
He said he wanted to receive the vaccine because he did not want to ask Texans to do something he wouldn't do.
