Early voting turnout in Texas is highest in the nation

Everything is bigger in Texas, including early voting turnout.

According to TheChron.com, more than 4 million votes were counted as of Sunday for the 2020 general election for absentee ballots or in-person early voting in less than a week.

In the 2016 general election, nearly 9 million total votes were counted, which means Texas is catching up.

As of Sunday, California has counted 3 million ballots and Florida has counted 2.5 million votes.
