Multiple agencies within Burleson County are assisting with a fire at The Caldwell Motel.
The fire was called in at around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Authorities said initially that three people are unaccounted for, and 37 who were registered at the motel have been displaced, according to the Caldwell Police Department.
The fire and rescue department said power was out in some areas due to the blaze. Crews were on the scene of the motel located at 1819 TX-21.
"Everyone that was on the motel's roster is [now] accounted for," said police chief Charles Barnes Tuesday night. "Hopefully those are the only people that where there."
