HOUSTON, TX — A building under construction has partially collapsed in west Houston resulting in at least three people killed Monday afternoon.
According to the Houston Fire Department, the partial collapse is in the area of Town & Country Boulevard near the I-10 Katy Freeway.
There are three confirmed fatalities and one victim was transported to nearby hospital in stable condition, fire officials said.

The incident was first reported just after 1:30 p.m., according to KTRK.
It has not been confirmed if those who died were construction employees.
The incident is around the area of the CityCentre shopping district, which is not too far from the I-10/Beltway 8 interchange, KTRK reports.
