WACO, TX — A Dallas-based restaurant that appeared on ABC's "Shark Tank" will be opening a location in Waco this summer.

Brothers and co-owners Bryan and Caleb Lewis partnered with Barbara Corcoran to create a nationwide development of Press Waffle Co.

Press Waffle Co. will be opening in July at Waco's Union Hall, an 18,000 square-foot food hall opening downtown. The food hall will also feature local restaurants La Fiesta and Capt. Billy Whizzbang's.

The restaurant promises to offer authentic Liege waffles, which are dough-based waffles with a brioche-like texture loaded with caramelized clusters of Belgian pearl sugar. The waffles will be customizable with a variety of fruit, sauces and whipped creams.

Press Waffle Co. is the first Dallas-based restaurant to be funded on "Shark Tank." It has locations in Plano, Fort Worth and Friendswood, Texas.
