WACO, TX — Waco's Showtime Gentleman's Club is in the process of being sold by their longtime owner.
Harrell Real Estate Services announced their newest commercial real estate listing of Showtime Gentleman’s Club located on the 1800 block of La Salle Avenue.
Local businessman Randy Roberts recently decided to sell the Club after many years of serving as owner and operator.
The property is listed for $1.7 million, which includes all interior and exterior aspects of the property.
