Waco Wonderland to feature fireworks, parade, train rides, ice slide and more!

WACO, TX — Waco Wonderland, the city's big Christmas Extravaganza, is coming up this weekend!

You can expect to enjoy food trucks, a Ferris Wheel, Santa Claus House, train rides, Mistletoe Market, carriage rides, the Snow Tube Hill ice slide, a petting zoo, live entertainment and more!

Gates open at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 6.

The celebration kicks off with a tree lighting ceremony and firework show!

Enjoy the Waco Wonderland Parade Saturday at 10 a.m. The parade will travel along Austin Avenue from 11th Street to 3rd Street.

Also on Saturday and Sunday, you'll be able to experience the three-lane ice slide made of real ice, known as "Snow Tube Hill!" in addition to all of the other rides and entertainment.

Waco Wonderland hours on Saturday are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, from noon until 6 p.m.

Admission to the event is free. For attractions like the Ferris Wheel and Snow Tube Hill, you can get a $5 wristband for unlimited rides.

Another exciting feature?

The square and City Hall will be illuminated with thousands of lights from now until the beginning of January. You won't want to miss it!
