WACO, TX — Waco police executed a search warrant at a game room at 1929 W. Waco Dr.
Police said 55-year-old Abdullah Ahmen Ali-Yawanesh was taken into custody at Smoke-N-More and charged with "Keeping an Illegal Gambling Place."
The smoke shop had digital slot machines inside and would pay out customers.
12 slot machines were found inside of the business.
"Keep in mind, if you are running an illegal gambling operation in Waco, chances are we have already been in your business. Most likely we will be back with a search warrant at some point. See you soon," said Waco police on Facebook.
