The Waco Police Department arrested a wanted felon on Thursday.
Melvin Swinnie, 48, was wanted for continuous family violence, a 3rd-degree felony, and a parole violation for arson of a deadly weapon.
The wanted list is maintained by the police department for those with outstanding warrants.
Swinnie is now in custody at the McLennan County Jail.
