MCLENNAN COUNTY, TX — The Waco Fire Department is responding to an accident blocking four lanes of traffic on northbound I-35 between Valley Mills and 18th Street.
According to the Fire Department's twitter, the accident involves multiple vehicles.
Officials said an SUV, 18-wheeler carrying cucumbers and another semi-truck without a trailer were involved.
All traffic on the northbound side is blocked. There will most likely be major traffic jams until the accident is cleared.
According to officials, the driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured and the semi-truck has already driven away from the scene.
The SUV was carrying a male, female and infant who have all been transported to Hillcrest Hospital for observation only.
Officials said the the tow truck company is cleaning an oil spill and cucumbers off the road.
