WACO, TX — A puppy and dog were rescued from a house fire in Waco Thursday evening.
According to the Waco Fire Department, a call came in around 6:33 p.m. for a house fire at 3305 North 27th Street.
Waco Fire says the fire started in the back of the home. Waco Fire was able to put out the fire in 10 minutes.

According to Waco Fire, the add-on laundry room is a total loss. The rest of the home received smoke damage.
The puppy and dog were rescued from the fire without injury.
