Waco Fire puts out fire at vacant home in less than 10 minutes

WACO, TX — The Waco Fire Department was able to put out a fire at a vacant home in less than 10 minutes.

Firefighters were called out to 3304 North 20th A Street around 6:07 p.m. Friday for reports of a house fire.

When firefighters arrived, they observed fire showing from three sides of a one-story house.

The house was vacant and had no power. There was no one inside when firefighters arrived.

Waco Fire arrived to the home at 6:11 p.m. and was able to put out the fire by 6:20 p.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
