WACO, TX — Texas Department of Transportation is reporting that parts of I-35 have been shut down due to ice on the highway.
Both northbound and southbound lanes of I-35 at US 77 in Waco, mile marker 337, have been closed due to ice on the highway.
TxDOT is urging those who have to travel to use alternate routes until the ice has cleared.
It is unknown how long it will take to clear the ice from the highway.
