Six arrested in two-day operation aimed at online solicitation of minors in Robinson

ROBINSON, TX — The Robinson Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division, along with Texas DPS, have finished a two-day undercover operation that aimed to uncover online solicitation of minors.

Undercover Detectives posed as minors online to attempt to identify, locate and apprehend adults that were willing to travel to meet children for sex.

The two-day operation ended with the arrest of six individuals. They spoke with detectives posing as minors online and had agreed to come to an undisclosed location to meet them for sex in exchange for money.

When individuals arrived at the location, they were met by members of the Robinson Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety and were arrested.

All arrests were made without issue and were transported and booked into the McLennan County Jail.

All those arrested are from Texas with one individual traveling from Houston.
