WACO, TX — The man pulled from the water Thursday night at BSR Cable Park has died, according to Deputy Kilcrease with the McLennan County Sheriff's Office.
Deputy Kilcrease identified the victim as 42-year-old Christopher Hayes.
Officers responded to reports of the possible drowning at BSR Cable Park the night of July 4.
After pulling Hayes from the water, officials said he was unresponsive and transported to Hillcrest Hospital in Waco.
