WACO, TX — Nathan Looper has been found and is safe. On Tuesday, Oct. 29, Waco police said he is no longer listed as a missing person.

On Oct. 23, Waco police asked for the public's help in locating a missing 21-year-old man.
According to Waco PD, 21-year-old Nathan Andrew Looper was last seen on October 19 in the 1000 block of North Valley Mills Drive.
He is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
