WACO, TX — The Waco Police Department is looking for suspects in two separate convenience store robberies Sunday night.
The first robbery happened at 11:40 p.m. at 4439 Lakeshore Dr., and the second happened at 12:10 a.m. at 6800 Sanger Ave.
Police said that both robberies were conducted by suspects wearing bandannas.
They also said that both suspects displayed a handgun and stole money and cigarettes. There were no injuries during both robberies.
Officers spotted a possible suspect vehicle in the 4400 block of Lakeshore Dr. A pursuit was initiated, and the vehicle was able to escape from police.
It is possible that these robberies are related to similar incidents they have had in the past month. No arrests have been made and our investigations are ongoing.
