Police said 54-year-old Joe Lance Summers was located and safe on Friday afternoon.
He was reported missing by his family earlier in the day. Before he was located, he was last seen on Tuesday evening in the West Waco area, according to Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton.
Summers is described as a white man with glasses who is five foot three and weighs 110 pounds. Police said he has several health issues and trouble with his vision.
