WACO, TX — The McLennan County Sheriff's Office said they have found the body of a man who went missing Wednesday night.
Officials said they were looking for a 39-year-old man at 1170 Brazos Loop in Waco at the Brazos River. They have found the body and are notifying the family. It was a confirmed drowning.
The man was last seen around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. They began their search for the man around 8 a.m. on Thursday.
The McLennan County Sheriff's Office and Texas Parks and Wildlife were at the scene.
There was a Game Warden helicopter involved in the search as well.
