WACO, TX — The Education Service Center Region 12 hosted their 25th annual spring job fair Wednesday afternoon.
Thirty school districts from around the region came out to look for their next candidates for the upcoming school year.
The event gives candidates the opportunity to meet face to face and interact with different school districts, which staff at Region 12 say is a big part of education.
"Teaching and effective schools are all about relationship building and having the right people, so we just feel like having a fair and having a chance for everyone to come together is the right thing to do and we're happy to be part of it.", said Jerry Maze, Executive Director at Education Service Center Region 12 .
Those who were not able to make it to the fair still have the opportunity to connect to a school through the Education Service Center Region 12 website.
