WACO, TX — A large pothole is causing traffic to back up on southbound I-35 in Waco.
Crews are working to repair the pothole located near the Forrest Street bridge, which is north of McLane Stadium and the Brazos River.
Traffic is moving slow in the area right now as drivers pass the work area.
The current delay is at least 25 minutes or more.
Alternate routes are advised at this time.
Alternate Route:
1. Exit 339 to Loop 340
2. Turn left and drive 11.5 miles to I-35
3. Take right cloverleaf turn to on-ramp
