AUSTIN, TX — Governor Greg Abbott has pardoned a man convicted of possession of marijuana in McLennan County.

On November 16, 2006, Todd Robert Jarzynkowski was sentenced to 18 months in jail and a $500 fine for possession of marijuana in the 54th District Court in McLennan County.

The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles recommended a full pardon and restoration of full civil rights of citizenship and the restoration of firearm rights.

Greg Abbott pardoned Jarzynkowski Monday afternoon.
