WACO, TX — The Waco Fire Department said they are responded to a vehicle rescue on Austin Ave around 10:40 Thursday morning.
They said that a single vehicle ran into a pole.
The driver was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities said that the intersection will be closed off, but didn't know for how long.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
