WACO, TX — Nineteen-year-old Tyler McKinney was shot and killedin his car last Wednesday night. On Friday, the visitation took place at Edward Chapel.
Family and friends showed up to pay their respect, and many are still in disbelief about everything.
"The whole thing is just weird. We need to know. We can't have him back, but a least we will feel better if the person who did this is brought to justice," said his sister ShaKenya McKinney.
She says her brother had the biggest heart and a bright future.
"Completely shocked because out of anyone, I would never expect it for it to be him," said ShaKenya.
Other relatives say all they want is answers and need help.
