LACY LAKEVIEW, TX — A driver was charged with failure to yield after an auto-bicycle accident in Lacy Lakeview Wednesday morning.
Police said that the accident happened around 7:44 a.m. near Cravens and I-35.
The driver hit the bicyclist with his side mirror. Police said he refused medical treatment.
