CRAWFORD, TX — The Athletic Director and Head Football Coach for Crawford High School has resigned.
According to Kenneth Hall, Crawford ISD's Superintendent, Delbert Kelm resigned effective at the the end of the year.
Kelm served as the Head Football Coach for 13 years, amassing a 130-14 record and helping lead Crawford to a state final in 2016.
"He has been with the district for 29 years. Serving as the athletic director and head football coach during the last 13 years," said Superintendent Hall. "He has made a lasting impact on countless numbers of students during his tenure. The students, staff, administration, and board wish Coach Kelm well in his future endeavors. Since this is a personnel issue, I cannot comment any further."
