WACO, TX — The City of Waco has proclaimed August 20 as Youth Homelessness Awareness Day.
The Cove posted on their Facebook to thanks the mayor, city council and city staff for their determination to see and support high schoolers experiencing homelessness.
They said they were humbled by the support from the community.
Chip and Joanna Gaines proclaimed their own commitment to #makeKINDNESSloud.
The Cove said it's contagious and they thank the Gaines for spreading kindness in the community.
